Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Supply Executive for an on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Supply Executive will manage supplier relationships, handle procurement and inventory, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, maintaining supply chain documentation, analyzing inventory levels, and optimizing procurement processes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards for all supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Vendor Management, Supplier Relationship Management, and Inventory Control
• Experience with Procurement Planning, Supply Chain Optimization, and Cost Analysis
• Knowledge of Compliance Standards, Logistics Coordination, and Documentation Management
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within tight deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant software or ERP systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the market research or consulting industry is a plus
