Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain professional with 1-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning. The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs while ensuring product availability
- Analyze supply chain data and provide insights to management on trends, opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business goals
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 1-8 years of experience in supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing large datasets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other supply chain management software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Certification in supply chain management is a plus
