Job Summary:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Kinaxis Rapid Response or Maestro software.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning processes and methodologies.
- Experience with data management and integration.
- Design and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
- Develop technical specifications and documentation.
- Support solution validation and testing, capturing user feedback.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in authoring in Maestro (designing workbooks, worksheets, reports, automations, scripts etc)
