Description
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations, and will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes from procurement to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
- Implement best practices for logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Manage a team of supply chain and warehouse staff, providing training and development as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management or warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with supply chain software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control and logistics principles.
