Job Title: Supply Chain - Vendor Management
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Experience: 2-5 years

Time: 10:00 to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
1. Manufacturer Management
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers to ensure adherence to production timelines
- Track and monitor production schedules, identify delays, and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs, quality standards, and dispatch timelines
- Maintain strong working relationships with manufacturing partners
2. Vendor Management (Packaging Materials)
- Manage procurement and replenishment of packaging materials (bottles, tubes, labels, cartons, etc.)
- Identify and onboard alternate vendors to optimize cost and reduce dependency risks
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times with vendors
- Ensure timely availability of packaging materials aligned with production plans
3. Planning & Coordination
- Work closely with demand planning, warehouse, and sales teams to align production and inventory
- Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging to avoid stockouts or excess inventory
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely closures
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain trackers for production, vendor performance, and procurement
- Use Excel (including advanced functions) to analyze data, identify trends, and improve decision-making
- Prepare MIS reports for leadership on supply status, delays, and risks
5. Cost & Efficiency Optimization
- Identify opportunities to reduce procurement and manufacturing costs
- Improve operational efficiency across the supply chain
- Drive process improvements and automation where possible
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain / operations, preferably in D2C beauty, personal care, or FMCG
- Hands-on experience in managing manufacturers and packaging vendors
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of production cycles and supply planning
- Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) – including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data analysis
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a D2C beauty or personal care brand
- Exposure to contract manufacturing setups
- Familiarity with ERP/OMS tools (like EasyEcom, Unicommerce, etc.) is a plus
