Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Trainer to join our team in a full-time remote role. The Supply Chain Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs related to supply chain management. This includes creating training materials, conducting live or virtual sessions, collaborating with subject matter experts, and providing feedback to learners for skill enhancement. The role involves staying updated with industry trends to ensure the latest practices and technologies are incorporated into training modules, enhancing program effectiveness and relevance.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, including logistics, operations, procurement, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs tailored to various learning needs and formats
  • Excellent communication, instructional, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with supply chain software tools and systems
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address real-world challenges in supply chain scenarios
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., CSCP, APICS, or Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar training or instructional role within the supply chain industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity
