We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist that will be responsible for order fulfillment and data entry. This position will assist the company in effecting more efficient sourcing processes to save costs to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Procurement Management:
  • Purchase goods and services following the company's policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with managers to understand procurement requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Create, issue, and track purchase orders (POs).
  • Provide RFQ (Request for Quotation) support and manage the ordering process for all store locations.
  1. Vendor Communications:
  • Liaise with suppliers and managers to resolve issues with orders, provide timely updates, and ensure smooth communication.
  • Assist in the development and execution of vendor strategies to optimize inventory levels, improve lead times, and strengthen vendor partnerships.
  1. Documentation & Compliance:
  • Ensure purchasing documents are complete, accurate, and include appropriate terms and conditions.
  • Manage delivery schedules, invoice tracking, and other critical documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and manifests.
  • Oversee and coordinate the approval processes for all orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
  1. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Generate and maintain detailed reports on purchasing activities, vendor performance, pricing histories, and cost analysis.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide decision-making and improve procurement processes.
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Perform data entry and maintain vendor records.
  • Support order fulfillment and resolve any issues that arise during the process.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualification required:- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field

Eligibility Criteria::

  • At least 2 -5 year of experience in Supply Chain
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions
  • Expert understanding of multi-step strategic sourcing processes and strategies
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, superior organizational skills, strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with relevant software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in night shift
  • This is a remote WFH opportunity hence, high speed internet and power backup required.
