Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional with 9–10 years of experience and strong knowledge of supply chain operations. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling customers as well as internal client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Handle supply chain operations and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Have good understanding of key Supply Chain functions such as:
• Quote to Order
• Order Fulfillment
• Logistics
• Supply Chain Planning
• Work effectively with SAP HANA and have a good understanding of its application in Supply Chain processes.
• Understand and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure operational performance.
• Contribute to process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
• Should have experience in handling 1–2 transformation projects in current or previous roles.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of Supply Chain processes.
• Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Be flexible to work in any shift as per business requirements.
• Be willing to work all days from office.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any relevant discipline.
• 9–10 years of relevant experience in the Supply Chain domain.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of SAP HANA, Supply Chain processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Experience in Supply Chain transformation projects.
