We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain SME with strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Optimization, SAP business processes, and Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supply chain solutions, stakeholder management, solution design, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SME for end-to-end supply chain processes including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Supply Demand Balancing.
- Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and provide scalable supply chain solutions.
- Design and support supply chain transformation and decision intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Planning, IT, and Business teams.
- Support UAT, solution deployment, and delivery governance activities.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions for supply chain visibility and performance tracking.
- Analyze business processes and recommend process improvement opportunities.
- Support integration between ERP systems and supply chain planning platforms.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Digital Transformation.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Demand & Supply Planning
- Inventory & Safety Stock Optimization
- Supply Demand Balancing
- Control Tower & E2E Visibility
- SAP business processes (P2P, OTC, PTD)
- Experience with tools/platforms such as:
- SAP S/4HANA
- o9 Solutions
- Aera Technology
- Strong understanding of:
- Data Integration & Data Modelling
- Solution Design & Architecture
- KPI & Dashboard Development
- UAT & Delivery Governance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Retail or Manufacturing domain.
- Exposure to ML-based forecasting and supply chain analytics is a plus.
- MBA / Supply Chain certifications preferred.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
MBA / MMS preferred.
