Max CTC offered: 20-25% hike (10% variable)
Purpose:
The Supply Chain Services Manager supervises and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the local Commercial Customer Service, Order Management and Logistics team to ensure smooth end-to-end Order-to-Delivery (OTD) execution.
The role acts as the local operational head of Supply Chain Services, providing functional leadership, prioritization and escalation management while formal reporting lines remain with the Regional Manager Supply Chain Services APAC.
The position ensures operational stability, service reliability and alignment with regional supply chain standards, working in close alignment with the local Sales Lead & Country Manager to coordinate supply chain activities and address local operational matters.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Order-to-Delivery Coordination
- Oversee and coordinate daily order management, delivery processing and logistics activities
- Monitor order status, backorders and delivery timelines
- Ensure accurate ERP data maintenance and process adherence
- Drive timely resolution of operational issues and customer-related escalations
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
Functional Team Leadership (No Direct Reports)
- Provide daily operational direction and work prioritization to the local Customer Service, Order Management and Logistics team
- Coordinate workload distribution to ensure efficient execution
- Act as the first escalation point for operational matters within the local team
- Monitor operational KPIs (e.g. SaoP, OTIF, backorders, inventory levels) and address deviations
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Provide structured performance and development feedback to the Regional Manager
- Maintain close alignment with the local Sales Lead & Country Manager regarding operational priorities, escalations and local business requirements.
Inventory & Logistics Alignment
- Oversee local inventory accuracy and stock alignment in coordination with regional planning
- Coordinate import, customs and logistics activities with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure appropriate handling of constrained items, returns and stock adjustments
- Identify risks and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Imports & Local Compliance
- Familiarity with import procedures and documentation
- Ensure all shipments comply with local regulations
- Ensure timely & accurate filing of waste status reports to local authorities (e.g., Ewaste, Plastic & Battery waste)
Scope & Decision Authority
- Functional supervision of local Customer Service, Order Management and Logistics team
- Responsible for daily operational coordination and escalation handling
- No direct disciplinary responsibility
- No formal people management authority
- All team members formally report to the Regional Manager Supply Chain Services APAC
- Escalates structural, personnel or strategic matters to the Regional Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, order management or logistics operations
- Experience coordinating operational teams in a local market environment
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
- Understanding of local import/export and logistics processes
- Fluency in local language and business-level English
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
