Job Description

Lead end‑to‑end S&OP and Demand Planning for India's fast‑growing market
High‑visibility role working with senior leaders and supply chain teams

Job Description

Own and lead the Demand Planning and S&OP processes across the India market.
Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical models.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with global and regional planning cycles.
Act as the central liaison between sales, marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams.
Drive forecast accuracy KPIs, and lead corrective actions.
Prepare management reports highlighting risks, opportunities, and inventory implications.
Champion continuous improvement and change management in planning processes

The Successful Applicant

Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain Planning.
Functional expertise: Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies, statistical forecasting, S&OP / IBP and demand management principles.
Systems & tools: Experience with demand planning systems SAP experience highly desirable hands‑on exposure to SAP IBP Demand Planning advantageous.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field.
Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing and change‑leadership abilities.
Other requirements: Fluent English, ability to work cross‑culturally and think strategically with a future‑oriented mindset
