This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Operations Planners, Master Schedulers, Material Planners, and global stakeholders while leveraging SAP to optimize supply chain and production processes.

This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Operations Planners, Master Schedulers, Material Planners, and global stakeholders while leveraging SAP to optimize supply chain and production processes.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Analyze key Planning & Fulfillment metrics including Inventory, On-time Delivery, Lead Time, Forecast Accuracy, and Resource Utilization to support business performance.
- Collaborate closely with planning and supply chain teams to improve operational planning processes and share best practices.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly MIS reports covering planning, fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Maintain and update SAP master data, including information records, moving averages, goods receipt plans, and shortage reports.
- Manage supplier-related challenges, including non-assigned and newly introduced parts, while supporting container scheduling and material availability planning.
- Proactively identify potential supply or production risks, escalate concerns, and ensure accurate reporting of critical metrics.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or related coordination roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) module.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage stakeholder expectations, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
