Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Planning Architect, you will lead the evolution of our global planning ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, overseeing the development of high-performance supply chain solutions. This role is pivotal in aligning our product vision with operational objectives, ensuring seamless data flow from initial demand through to fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Strategy & Ownership: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product visions and translate business needs into detailed user stories. Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Cloud Architecture & Migration: Design well-architected solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective
  • System Integration & Optimization: Serve as the technical authority for Blue Yonder suites, including Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Order Promising, Allocation Planning, and Demand/Forecast Netting.
  • Automation & Governance: Develop internal tooling to automate the management of a large-scale cloud ecosystem. Establish IT security-aligned best practices and governance frameworks for cloud technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal and external cloud-based projects, providing architectural guidance to diverse technical and business teams.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • Domain Expertise: 9+ years of professional experience in roles such as Architect, Product Owner, or Business Analyst. Deep functional knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions is required, specifically in Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Order Promising (OP), and Forecast Netting (FNE).
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SQL programming for database management and Python scripting for automation and data analysis.
  • Strategic Business Acumen: Advanced understanding of supply chain industry processes and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Leadership & Vision: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to drive project roadmaps and align stakeholders.
  • Global Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and work effectively within globally distributed teams, ensuring seamless execution across different time zones and business units

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • This position may require occasional travel.
