Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to manage demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization to ensure product availability while minimizing costs. The role works closely with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to balance demand and supply efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage demand and supply plans based on forecasts, sales data, and market trends.
- Create and maintain inventory plans to meet service level and cost targets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align forecasts.
- Monitor supply constraints and recommend mitigation plans.
- Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, and inventory turnover.
- Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing teams on production planning.
- Manage replenishment planning and safety stock levels.
- Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
- Prepare regular planning reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or demand planning.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with ERP and planning systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
