What would you do The role is to support the buying team, ensuring that tasks are undertaken accurately to drive overall performance in the business unit. To carry out the accurate filing and maintenance of required records in line with company procedures and legal guidelines, on behalf of the category. Responsible for onboarding of domestic and non-domestic suppliers. Manage supplier queries and resolve it in timely manner. Manage supplier KPIs and data.
What are we looking for Supplier Data
- Manage domestic and non-domestic supplier onboarding. Complete required onboarding documentation with inputs required from multiple stakeholder groups, checks and system upload
- Manage the process of triaging, investigating & resolving supplier queries. Categorize the query into General, Commercial/Trading, Onboarding, Digital, Finance etc. Work with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve supplier queries in timely and efficient manner
- Maintenance of supplier data according to supplier requests Core Competencies
- Comfortable with responding to requests from all levels of the organization
- Good vermal and written communication
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment Other Expectations
