Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Role: Supply Chain Operation Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Operations Analyst with proven experience in Coupa and Source-to-Pay (STP) operations. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our supply chain operations through Coupa, supporting users, analyzing data, and improving system performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a Coupa subject matter expert (SME) to support day-to-day STP operations across sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and supplier management.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), invoice processing, and supplier onboarding within Coupa.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, AP, IT) to ensure process alignment and issue resolution.

Maintain accurate documentation and process workflows for Coupa-related operations.

Assist in supplier enablement and ensure timely and accurate supplier data management in Coupa.

Generate and distribute reports and dashboards for procurement and finance stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, with hands-on experience in Coupa.

Strong understanding of STP (Source-to-Pay) or P2P (Procure-to-Pay) lifecycle.

Familiarity with supplier onboarding, PO/invoice management, and contract lifecycle management.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Coupa reporting tools, or BI platforms.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
