What would you do Responsible for leading the team and supporting overall lead on delivery of program deliverables and interdependencies in an optimized manner. Key responsibilities and activities
- Prepare metrics
- Manage escalation process (level 1)
- Engage with stakeholders on tactical matters (i.e., follow-up with stakeholders to collect data)
- Develop and deliver training to educate stakeholders on documented procedures, data flows, etc.
- Execute audit / compliance actions
- Collaborate with business partners to verify / validate business rules. Make revisions as required.
- Troubleshoot Order Processing services issues, validate results sets, recommend and implement improvements, and provide ad-hoc reports and analyses
- Assist with test strategy and execution as required
- Execute scripts/testing
- Assist with data-related technical issues and support data infrastructure needs
- Support ad-hoc requests and base business functions
- Execute select project tasks
- Execute Error Handling activities What are we looking for Qualifications
- Overall data experience with SAP Module
- Strong process orientation, attention to detail and ability to maintain quality
- Strong analytic skills related to working with structured datasets
- Ability to solve problems and apply logical thinking for accuracy, quality, and peer reviews
- Effective communication skills, oral and written (US English, conversational Hindi)
- Experience in developing formulas and plans using MS Excel
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's Degree
- Select resources may need to have experience with technologies such as SQL, Tableau, etc.
- Basic business and/or technical knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain data elements, process, and organizational support models
- Ability to share lessons learned, best practices, and other relevant information with other members of Supplier's staff who are supporting Buyer
