Supply Chain Operations Manager

Designation: Manager - Supply Chain

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

This person would be responsible for entire supply chain & operations management from all distribution channels, vendors, platforms and D2C lenses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that optimise efficiency, minimise costs, and ensure timely delivery of Active Foods to customers.
2. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory planning, procurement, and optimization to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimising carrying costs and stockouts.
3. Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of the supply chain.
4. Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers while minimising transportation costs and lead times.
5. Process Improvement: Continuously analyse supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimise resource utilisation.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, and finance to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration of processes.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring continuity of supply and minimising disruptions.
8. Team Management: fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
9. Purchase Order Fulfilment: 100% Adherence to entire stock fulfilment to vendors/platforms on appointment scheduled dates & ensuring zero/minimal out of stock/returns scenario.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a track record of success in optimising supply chain processes and driving operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
