Role Description

As a Supply Chain & Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain and day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing vendor coordination, inventory tracking, order processing, and logistics support to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products. This role demands strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to solve operational challenges efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, optimize supply chain performance, and contribute to overall operational excellence.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for timely procurement and delivery.
• Manage purchase orders, inventory records, and stock levels to ensure availability and minimize shortages.
• Support day-to-day operations including order processing, shipment tracking, and warehouse coordination.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Product) to ensure smooth flow of materials and information.
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate regular reports on supply chain performance.
• Assist in planning demand forecasts and procurement cycles.
