What would you do Responsible for executing day to day transactional requests and support the team lead and onshore team on executing the requests on daily and ad hoc basis and supporting delivery of program deliverables and interdependencies in an optimized manner. Key responsibilities and activities

  • Order Entry, Order Management and Order Fulfilment pursuant to business rules and documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), or other documentation as provided. May include hand-key of manual data entry.
  • Respond to queries related to Order Processing Services
  • Review submitted Orders to detect accuracy problems and/or anomalies; partner with requester/sender to resolve and/or complete corrective action necessary to enable accurate completion of requested action/transaction
  • Monitor quality reports and execute remediation
  • Create, maintain and/or modify reports and tracking logs
  • Batch uploads from file extracts
  • Originate change orders in change control systems. Process change orders.
  • Apply supply chain flows and change control procedures.
  • Comply with Buyer policies including security policies, SOX requirements What are we looking for Qualifications
  • Strong process orientation, attention to detail and ability to maintain quality
  • Experience with Excel with basic abilities to merge and move data sets
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Basic business and/or technical knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain data elements, process, and organizational support models
  • Ability to accomplish routine assignments/task with little or no supervision
  • Ability to share lessons learned, best practices, and other relevant information with other members of Supplier's staff who are supporting Buyer
  • Display of good research and organizational abilities Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
  • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
  • The decisions that you make would impact your own work
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
