Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Purchasing Coordinator to support our procurement and supply chain operations. You will be the vital link between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring that goods and materials are sourced, ordered, and delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management: Process and track purchase orders from request to delivery.

• Inventory & Order Tracking: Monitor stock levels and delivery schedules, proactively resolving delays.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between inventory, finance, logistics, and vendors.

• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records, pricing sheets, and supplier documentation in ERP systems.

• Invoice Reconciliation: Verify invoices against POs and receiving logs, resolving discrepancies quickly.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years in purchasing/procurement/coordination. Entry-level with strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn are welcome.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese for effective supplier/customer communication.

• Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential). ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred) is a plus.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude

• Strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
