About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established international organization seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to oversee regional procurement, cross-border logistics, and international trade operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing procurement strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international procurement activities, including supplier negotiations, contract management, purchase order execution, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate international shipments across air and sea freight, ensuring timely delivery while working closely with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, trade documentation, and regional trade agreements across Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and external suppliers to support inventory planning and supply continuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement, logistics, and supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in international procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations within a regional or global environment.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, customs clearance, import/export documentation, and freight operations.
• Experience managing overseas suppliers and coordinating cross-border shipments across Asia.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent procurement platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Mandarin proficiency will be advantageous for regional stakeholder engagement.
