Job Responsibility
Responsible for managing order processing & RTOs for all the marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, UrbanLadder, Myntra,TataCliq, Nykaa, Meesho etc. as per TAT agreed for the marketplaces.
Responsible for uploading & managing inventory on all the marketplaces. Ensuring availability of inventory on each platform at all times.
Raising alarm for inventory requirement in any SKU well before time.
Keeping a tracker for all products listed on each platform with their products details like material, colour, dimensions, pack of details etc.
Responsible for bundling of products for Order processing.
Opening claims and taking reimbursement for the damaged inventory.
Sharing the daily fulfillment & RTO reports with the operations team & management.
Should be a go getter and effecient in fire fighting for images needed to relist and claim processing.
Data analysis and Reporting as agreed to ensure proactive management of operations.
Should be aware of the packaging guidelines and procurement of packaging material and evolving better packaging to minimise breakage during transit.
Prior knowledge of working on ERP like Unicommerce, Vinculum etc. is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-3 years experience in managing end to end operation of E-commerce dropship supply chain is a must.
Daily order processing within SLA, Returns management and reduction, inventory and pricing update on ecom portals.
Should have advance knowledge of Excel-like Vlookup, Filters, Pivot, Conditional formatting, Left, Right, Len etc
