Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete cycle of Indian and Foreign Letters of Credit, including payment terms involved in trade and domestic transactions.

Order Management: Track sales pending orders and coordinate with the sales team and stakeholders to ensure timely dispatch. Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for outgoing shipments.

Invoice Tracking: Efficiently maintain records of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process.

Documentation Preparation: Prepare pre and post-export documentation required for customs clearance and banking processes.
