Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

·        Strategic Planning & Management

 Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.

Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management to ensure on-time availability of materials and products.

·        Procurement & Vendor Management

v Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and quality materials.

v Establish strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery terms.

·        Logistics & Distribution

v Manage inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and transportation planning.

v Optimize logistics networks to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.

·        Inventory Control

v Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production and sales without overstocking.

v Implement best practices in inventory tracking and material handling systems.

·        Coordination & Collaboration

v Work closely with production, purchase, quality, and sales teams for smooth operations.

v Collaborate with finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.

·        Continuous Improvement

v Analyse supply chain data to identify process improvements and implement automation where possible.

v Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
