Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and service.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in supply chain operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-18 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
