Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Fashion / Textile Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, production planning, CMT coordination, warehousing, and dispatch for fashion/textile products.
- Oversee raw material, fabric, trims, and finished goods inventory to ensure accuracy, availability, and minimal wastage.
- Coordinate closely with production, design, merchandising, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely deliveries and seasonal launches.
- Manage vendor relationships including CMTs, fabric suppliers, and logistics partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, MIS reports, audits, and system entries (ERP/Candela/Odoo or similar) to drive efficiency and accountability.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain management within the fashion or textile industry.
- Strong understanding of apparel production workflows, fabric sourcing, CMT operations, and warehouse management.
- Experience handling ERP systems and strong command over reporting, planning, and inventory controls.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
