Looking for an Operations professional for a Retail brand in Mumbai!
Responsibilities
- Own complete supply chain operations - procurement, vendor management, warehousing, fulfilment, and last-mile logistics.
- Build and manage multi-channel fulfilment infrastructure across D2C, Quick Commerce, and marketplaces to maintain high service levels.
- Drive inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock allocation to maximise fill rates and minimize stockouts.
- Establish SOPs and operational workflows to streamline order processing and replenishment cycles.
- Collaborate with marketplace partners to improve in-stock performance, dispatch timelines, and operational KPIs.
- Lead warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and process discipline.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional operations teams to support rapid scaling.
- Implement technology and reporting dashboards to monitor SKU performance, returns, and operational metrics.
- Identify cost-optimisation opportunities in logistics, packaging, and routing without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Graduated from a tier 1 or 2 college with good academics
- Experience with D2C brands or FMCG brands is an advantage of at least 3+ years
- Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Effective communication skills
- Exposure in team management is a plus
