Supply Chain Manager | Pharma / Regulated Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product availability to global markets while balancing cost efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) across multiple markets
• Drive demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimisation
• Ensure optimal stock levels while minimising expiry and write-offs (critical in pharma)
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturing organisations (CMOs)
• Oversee global logistics, including time-sensitive and regulated product flows
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams
• Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure continuity of supply
• Drive continuous improvement across planning, systems, and processes

What We're Looking For

• 6–10+ years experience in supply chain management
• Strong background in pharma, biotech, medical devices, or regulated manufacturing
• Experience in S&OP, demand planning, and inventory management
• Exposure to CMO management or multi-site global supply chains
• Strong ERP experience (SAP or similar planning systems)
• Solid understanding of GMP / GDP environments
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in sterile, injectable, or ophthalmology products
• APICS / CPIM / CSCP certification
• Regional or global supply chain exposure
