Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations: procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.

Ensure smooth international shipping and compliance with import/export regulations.

Develop vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost efficiency.

Monitor demand planning, forecasting, and stock levels to avoid shortages/overstock.

Optimize processes to reduce lead times and costs.

Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management.

Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain with business goals.
