Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and map them to SCM functional solutions
Lead and support end-to-end SCM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
Configure and support SCM modules such as:
Inventory Management
Purchasing / Procurement
Order Management
Planning (optional, based on project)
Prepare functional design documents (BRD, FRD, MD50, Setup documents)
Conduct CRP, UAT, and support go-live activities
Work closely with technical teams for:
RICEFW objects
Integrations
Reports and extensions
Provide postproduction support and resolve functional issues
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Projects, Manufacturing)
Train end users and create user manuals and SOPs
Ensure solutions align with best practices and business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an SCM Functional Consultant
Strong functional knowledge of SCM business processes
Experience in Oracle SCM / Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion SCM (specify as applicable)
Hands-on experience in at least 23 full lifecycle implementations
Strong understanding of:
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
o Inventory and logistics processes
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
