Inventory & Procurement Management

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and inventory

Logistics & Distribution

  • Design distribution strategies for timely delivery of supplies to healthcare facilities
  • Coordinate transportation logistics, including carrier selection, scheduling, and route optimization
  • Conduct inspections of distribution centres and facilities for adherence to quality assurance standards

Quality Control & Compliance

  • Establish and monitor quality control processes for supply integrity and safety
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and project protocols

Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks such as supply shortages or transportation delays
  • Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply chain operations
