Job Description

Role: Fusion SCM lead

Experience: 10+yrs

Noida (Hybrid Mode)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self‑Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management)
  • Design and optimize P2P processes including requisitions, PO's, receiving, and approvals
  • Configure approval workflows (AME) and procurement setups
  • Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and master data
  • Support UAT, reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher), and go‑live activities
  • Work with business, finance, and technical teams on integrations and enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+yrs years hands‑on Oracle Fusion SCM Modules (Procurement, Inventory)
  • Strong functional knowledge of P2P lifecycle
  • Experience with Fusion implementations or rollouts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Oracle EBS background
  • Oracle Fusion SCM certification
  • Experience as a Functional Lead
