Role: Lead Consultant Supply Chain Management

As a lead consultant, you will be the bridge between business and technology. You will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. You will support technology/digital transformations, creation of business solutions leveraging technology and contribute to thought leadership.
Location: Across India (Preferably BGLR, HYD, PUNE)
Academic Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. (MBA in Supply chain management, Operations Management is preferred). Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Domain Skill/experience Requirement
- Strong proficiency across the Supply Chain Management processes and related best practices is necessary. Strong experience in any of the supply chain sub-domains like Planning, Sourcing and Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing and Transport management including inventory management is a must.
- Should have worked in the Supply chain advisory/consulting, including technology/digital transformations, along with exposure to CXO level interactions OR Experience in driving supply chain transformation initiatives across large organization at a global scale is preferred. Experience of playing BA (Business Analyst)/PO (Product Owner)/PM (Product Manager)/Functional Consultant in such transformations is preferred
- Experience of participating pre-sales/sales activities (pitches, solutioning, proposals, presentations etc) is desirable
- Familiarity with COTS products like Kinaxis, E2Open, O9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder is desirable
- Exposure to/appreciation of AI/GenAI possibilities, potential and practicalities in the Supply Chain Management domain is desirable
