Supply chain Management – Role Objective
Lead end-to-end procurement, warehouse, and site store operations across multiple civil projects pan-India, ensuring right material, right cost, and right-time delivery with strong cost control, inventory discipline, and vendor governance.

- Key Responsibilities1. Strategic ProcurementDrive centralized procurement for civil & allied works
- Establish rate contracts & preferred vendor networks
- Lead cost optimization initiatives
- Support Directors & PMC with commercial inputs
- 2. Multi-Project ExecutionManage procurement for multiple live projects
- Align material readiness with milestone schedules
- Prevent execution delays due to material/vendor gaps
- 3. Vendor & Purchase ManagementOversee PRs, RFQs, negotiations & PO finalization
- Maintain Approved Vendor List (AVL)
- Monitor vendor performance (cost, quality, delivery)
- 4. Warehouse & Inventory ControlLead central warehouse & site store operations
- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, issue & reconciliation
- Maintain inventory discipline; prevent pilferage/wastage
- 5. Material Reconciliation & ClosureTrack issued vs. consumed materials
- Manage returns, transfers, scrap & disposal
- Ensure clean reconciliation at project closure
- 6. Commercial & Financial ControlMonitor procurement budgets & PO vs. WO alignment
- Prevent scope leakage
- Support project P&L reviews
- 7. Process & ComplianceStandardize PR, PO, GRN & stock documentation
- Ensure audit readiness & ERP compliance
- 8. Team LeadershipDefine KPIs & accountability framework
- Build a performance-driven procurement function
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce (MBA preferred)
4–10 years in EPC / Infrastructure / Construction
Experience managing multi-location projects & warehouses
