Role summary: Supply Chain / Logistics Manager for In-vivo Business within Contract Administration Sales function within Order to Cash.
Mission of the function:
Seamless order execution, driving faster turnaround of Order to Revenue
Planning, implementing, and overseeing transportation and effective storage of goods from point of origin to end user.
Driving Cycle Time improvement by influencing every stage of order execution
Optimization of Inventory levels & driving DIO improvement
Drive and embrace digitalization & productivity improvement measures in the order execution process.
Comply with company policies, guidelines & procedures in order to protect the business interests and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue - Ownership of revenue planning in alignment with various stakeholders, influencing situations to achieve forecasted revenue.
Transport - Ensuring seamless availability with proactive engagement. Cost optimization- Local freight and import freight.
Warehouse Management including continuous optimization.
Inventory Management - Inventory forecast, continuous improvement of DIO, focus on ageing inventory to ensure timely liquidation, ensuring no short-supplies to customer.
Information & Controlling - Ensuring system provides up to date information, meeting logistics KPI (GR/IR, Open P. Os, MTO (Money Transfer Order) etc.
Stakeholder Management - Provide overview to Management on Logistics performance, raise early warning signals, proactively work on solutions.
Explore opportunities and drive digitalization & productivity measures.
Team management - Active Team development, Succession planning, Enabling high level of performance.
Skills & Experience:
- Graduate/Masters in any discipline with added qualification in supply chain management.
- At least 15-20 years of experience in handling Logistics function in large organization with expertise in imports and exports
- Key skills should include distribution design and management, global trade compliance, supply chain continuity planning, transportation sourcing and management, contract management & stakeholder management.
