MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area.
Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.
Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.
Responsible for maximising the effectiveness of the organisation's supply chain.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
u2022 At this level, incumbents may supervise or act as an advanced supply specialist while instructing, guiding, training and aiding in
development of less experienced personnel.
u2022 Demonstrates a broad business and technical knowledge in resolving problems and defining new opportunities.
u2022 Areas of specialty include logistics control, supply, transportation, or a combination of the aforementioned.
u2022 May make decisions on personnel actions (hiring, terminations, promotions, etc.).
u2022 Takes a leading role in formulating and evaluating complex marketing programs.
u2022 Contributes to the annual profit planning process.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Associates Degree (u00B1 13 years)

Experience/Background
Minimum 7 years
