We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our day-to-day supply chain and operational activities. The intern will gain practical exposure to procurement, vendor coordination, inventory management, logistics, and process optimization.
- Assist in procurement and supply chain operations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and follow-ups
- Maintain purchase orders, inventory records, and operational documentation
- Support inventory tracking and stock management activities
- Assist in logistics coordination and shipment tracking
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and data analysis reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- BBA, B. Com, MBA (Operations), MBA (Supply Chain), Supply Chain Management students, or fresh graduates
