Job Title: Test Manager Supply Chain Finance System
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to lead the quality assurance and testing efforts for our Supply Chain Finance System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test management, domain expertise in supply chain finance or trade finance systems, and the ability to oversee testing across functional, technical, and integration layers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution for the Supply Chain Finance System.
- Define and implement QA frameworks, standards, and best practices across manual and automation testing.
- Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery of quality software releases.
- Manage and coordinate test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.
- Oversee UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders.
- Ensure comprehensive integration testing across modules and third-party systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and automation coverage.
- Prepare and maintain test metrics, dashboards, and reports for management visibility.
- Mentor and guide the QA team, fostering a culture of quality, ownership, and collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years in a test management or lead role.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, or Banking/Financial Systems.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end testing lifecycle, including test design, execution, and defect management.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
- Familiarity with API testing and integration testing practices.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, team leadership, and project coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps environments.
- Exposure to Cloud-based systems and integration testing with financial platforms.
- Professional certifications such as ISTQB Test Manager, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.
