Supply Chain Executive

Job Title: Supply Chain - MTO Executive (Gold Supply)

Department: Supply Chain / Production Planning

Reports To: Supply Chain Manager

Job Purpose:

To manage and execute Make-to-Order (MTO) processes for gold products, ensuring timely production, material availability, and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute MTO orders for gold products based on customer requirements.

- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for order feasibility and timelines.

- Track order status from order intake to final dispatch.

- Ensure availability of gold and other materials for production.

- Monitor production schedules and resolve delays proactively.

- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory allocation, and delivery timelines.

- Work closely with QC and logistics teams to ensure quality and timely dispatch.

- Optimize workflow to reduce turnaround time (TAT).

- Prepare MIS reports on order status, delays, and performance.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Experience in jewellery/gold manufacturing or supply chain preferred.

- Strong understanding of MTO processes.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Excel/ERP systems.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.
