Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement & Vendor Management
Coordinate with Procurement , Warehouse , Suppliers for schedule pick up & align logistic partner accordingly
Monitor Timely Pick up & Closure .
Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage supplier performance.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
Optimize delivery schedules to meet customer expectations at minimal cost.
MIS Follow up with Transporter & ensure closure of all transit shipments which are beyond TAT.
Follow up with Transporter to issue Credit note against transit damages
Streamline supply chain workflows to reduce costs and lead times.
- Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
- Team Collaboration & Reporting
Work cross-functionally with sales, and finance teams.
Submission of Marine Insurance file monthly basis to insurer
Timely submission of the freight invoices to the finance as per Agreement

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferable in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related
- 2 years of experience
