Key Responsibilities -
- Develop supply plans based on demand forecasts
- Ensure availability of raw and packaging materials
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively avoid shortages
- Coordinate closely with procurement and production teams

- Stock Availability: 98%
- Supply Plan Adherence: 95%
- Production stoppage due to material shortage: Zero
Requirements -
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Forecasting.
- Strong understanding of MIS Data Management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
