Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline; MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain, procurement or commercial experience, including substantial senior leadership experience in EPC power transmission, substations or major infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience with high-voltage substations, overhead transmission lines, underground cables and major electrical equipment procurement.
- Proven record in strategic sourcing, complex negotiations, contract management, supplier development, logistics, risk management and project delivery.
- Hands-on leadership of supply chain digitalization or enterprise transformation, including ERP/procurement platforms, process redesign, analytics, automation and organizational adoption.
- Experience working across Gulf, Middle East, India, China and/or other international sourcing markets is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of KSA market requirements and Saudi Electricity Company specifications is preferred.
- Professional certification such as CIPS, CSCP, CPSM, MCIPS, PMP or equivalent is advantageous.
- Generation, renewable energy or battery energy storage project experience is an advantage.
