Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Supply Chain Coordinator. The Supply Chain Coordinator will handle day-to-day operational tasks, including inventory management, overseeing logistics processes, and ensuring smooth operations. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Mumbai's geography and local areas

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Proficiency in Inventory Management and Operations Management

Solid Analytical Skills with an ability to resolve problems efficiently

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience in the pet care or e-commerce industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
