Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage

vendor coordination, stock availability, procurement, payment follow-ups, and daily supply

chain operations. The candidate should be a strong team player with excellent coordination

and Advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors for stock replenishment and product availability.

Track vendor payments, pending invoices, and approvals.

Manage procurement requirements for the Modern Trade channel.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and internal teams.

Monitor inventory, deliveries, and pending tasks.

Advanced Excel reports and operational MIS.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management.

Advanced Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge is an advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively with a team.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain

Management, or a related field.

Compensation: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
