We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain Consultant / Supply Chain Project Manager with expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Stakeholder Management, Software Implementation, and Project Management. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to streamline supply chain operations, drive digital transformation, and ensure smooth software rollouts.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Planning
- Analyse supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics strategies.
- Recommend best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to align project goals.
- Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and address concerns proactively.
- Build strong relationships to ensure smooth execution of supply chain initiatives.
Software Implementation Planning
- Lead the deployment of ERP, WMS, or Supply Chain Management tools such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder.
- Gather requirements, design implementation strategies, and oversee system integration.
- Train users, manage change, and ensure successful adoption of new systems.
Project Management
- Define project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring timely execution.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track progress using Agile or other Project Management methodologies.
- Ensure successful project delivery and provide post-implementation support.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting, Software Implementation, or Project Management.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Supply Chain tools such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis.
- Certifications: PMP, CSCP, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
