Job Title: Workday Supply Chain Consultant (5+ Years Experience)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Workday Supply Chain Consultant with strong functional and operational expertise in procurement and finance processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday SCM modules, integrations, and support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support end-to-end Workday Supply Chain processes including Requisition, Procurement, and Invoicing
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement teams
- Handle Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities such as Access Requests, Incidents, Service Requests, Enhancements, and Projects
- Support and contribute to Workday bi-annual upgrades, including impact analysis and testing
- Work with marketplace integrations like GHX / Prodigo
- Manage and support systems such as ParEx
- Execute and troubleshoot Workday integrations, including EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Ensure smooth system operations and continuous process improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations (EIBs, inbound/outbound interfaces)
- Exposure to Workday Financials is preferred
- Experience working with third-party marketplace tools (e.g., GHX, Prodigo)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely
