Job summary: Pine Labs is looking for a seasoned person who is energetic, passionate, data-driven, and customer-obsessed to join the team and make a positive difference. This is a high visibility and high-impact role within Operations. Your role is to deliver accurate data analysis and insights from large datasets which will enable various internal teams to deliver improvements across high visibility/ high impact projects. This role will give a very good exposure to various central projects and provide fast-learning curve.
You are highly detailed, believe in continuous improvement philosophy and have a highly analytical approach. You will lead by example to be just as passionate about operational performance and predictability as you will be about all other aspects of customer experience. You should be able to solve business problems in a complex and unstructured environment.

We are looking for
- 4-8 Years of overall experience and has worked preferably in Supply Chain/Field Operations/Customer Experience/ Analytics verticals.
- Experience in Fintech/BFSI/Logistics industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Has minimum 4-8 years experience of working on large datasets and creating dashboards
- A team player who can establish & maintain a good rapport with cross functional teams and set new processes
- Keen to work on driving service excellence and best in class customer experience
- Relevant training certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, Google Analytics etc is a plus
