Role : Sr Business Analyst/Business Analyst , Position: Assistant Manager

Job summary: Pine Labs is looking for a seasoned person who is energetic, passionate, data-driven, and customer-obsessed to join the team and make a positive difference. This is a high visibility and high-impact role within Operations. Your role is to deliver accurate data analysis and insights from large datasets which will enable various internal teams to deliver improvements across high visibility/ high impact projects. This role will give a very good exposure to various central projects and provide fast-learning curve.

You are highly detailed, believe in continuous improvement philosophy and have a highly analytical approach. You will lead by example to be just as passionate about operational performance and predictability as you will be about all other aspects of customer experience. You should be able to solve business problems in a complex and unstructured environment.

1.Data Analysis

  • Develop and maintain MIS and ensure that data is organized and structured.
  • Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex datasets.
  • Create dashboards and reports to present key insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities where analysis can drive business value.
  • Prepare final analysis reports for the stakeholders enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.

  • Partner with multiple operations teams to assess if existing processes can be improved based on insights derived from data analysis.
  • Review merchant feedback and other data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvements across processes.

4.Tools Proficiency & Skills required

  • Strong mathematical & analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
  • Excellent Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint required.
  • High proficiency in data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI
  • Knowledge in Python, R is bonus.
  • Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets to find solutions.

We are looking for

  1. 4-8 Years of overall experience and has worked preferably in Supply Chain/Field Operations/Customer Experience/ Analytics verticals.
  2. Experience in Fintech/BFSI/Logistics industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  3. Has minimum 4-8 years experience of working on large datasets and creating dashboards
  4. A team player who can establish & maintain a good rapport with cross functional teams and set new processes
  5. Keen to work on driving service excellence and best in class customer experience
  6. Relevant training certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, Google Analytics etc is a plus
