Supply chain solution analyst in Chennai
What a typical day looks like:
- Drive end-to-end E&O claim process improvement at item-level, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance across systems.
- Lead development and enhancement of E&O Workbench (EO WB) and CMH Integration solutions.
- Design and implement automated workflows, scripts, and UI components to enable seamless claim creation and processing.
- Enable secure access management and data control within Workbench platforms.
- Work on template standardization and optimization to improve process efficiency.
- Ensure data consistency and business rule alignment across BAAN V / LN and downstream systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate E&O requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive 100% automation adoption and continuously enhance solution usability and performance.
- Develop and maintain data calculation logic, validation checks, and exception handling mechanisms.
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and governance for all E&O processes and tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Supply Chain) to integrate datasets and avoid data inconsistencies during system changes.
- Perform gap analysis (As-Is vs To-Be) and recommend process improvements aligned with global standards.
- Support deployment, adoption tracking, and continuous monitoring of E&O claims created via Workbench.
- Drive user enablement and onboarding across global accounts.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Strong experience in Supply Chain processes, specifically in Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) / Material Management (MM).
- Hands-on experience in solution development, automation, and integration projects (preferably Workbench-based tools).
- Experience with ERP systems (BAAN V / LN) and understanding of item-level data structures.
- Ability to design and implement data logic, calculation frameworks, and validation rules.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data handling across multiple systems.
- Experience in workflow automation and UI-based solution deployment.
- Ability to manage secure access controls and user-level data restrictions.
- Strong analytical skills to perform gap analysis and process optimization.
- Proven capability to translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables.
- Experience working in a global environment across multiple time zones.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with ability to manage deliverables, ownership, and team responsibilities.
