Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

Seeking a Manager - Supply Chain Analytics with expertise in leading supply chain data, analytics, reporting, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience partnering with business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable solutions, and leading cross-functional teams across data engineering, reporting, advanced analytics, and AI/GenAI use cases.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead supply chain data, analytics, reporting, and AI/GenAI initiatives across forecasting, inventory, planning, logistics, and procurement.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business challenges into scalable data and analytics solutions.
• Design and deliver data engineering, analytics, and reporting solutions using Databricks, Azure, SQL, and Python.
• Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, and business reporting solutions using Power BI and Tableau.
• Drive advanced analytics, AI/GenAI prototyping, and end-to-end delivery from proof of concept through deployment and adoption.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and provide technical guidance and mentoring.

Experience Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Consulting, or related domains.
• Experience delivering analytics and reporting solutions across forecasting, inventory, planning, logistics, or procurement.
• Experience managing stakeholder-facing engagements and cross-functional teams.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative discipline.
• MBA in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
